SCR Power Controls
Our high quality SCR Power Controls are designed to operate reliably for many years in process environments. We provide zero- and phase-fired, single-phase and three-phase controls from 15 to 1200 amperes for all standard voltages. HDR offers the broadest selection of standard controls with UL, CSA, cUL and CE Approvals. We also offer many custom designs and options. Typical applications include: kilns and ovens, environmental chambers, extruders, molding equipment, autoclaves, furnaces and dryers.

 
Series Description Applications
BLC

Base-Load-Controller with 2 to 32 Outputs

The BLC Series Base-Load-Controller is micro-processor based and designed to control up to 32 base loads plus one SCR controlled load. Mechanically, it consists of two assemblies. The controller module (1 required) and the eight channel output module (1 to 4 required).

Primarily used to control large resistive heating loads.

DCPF1

Single-Phase Phase-Fired Models
Rated 15, 25 Amperes with DC Output

The DCPF1 Series are single-phase, phase-fired SCR Power Controls designed to deliver DC Current with all the features normally found in much larger units. Utilizing HDR's field proven circuits, these units are conservatively engineered for years of trouble-free service while providing the benefits of precise, reliable control for your electrical process.

Primarily used to control saturable core reactors. Other uses include:
