Preventive Maintenance Programs

Our preventive maintenance programs are a cost efficient, proactive way to reduce down time and maximize system performance of your power system. Our filed service technicians will inspect and clean your power system while verifying all connections. They will also recalibrate the system where required.
This service is designed to maintain your systems to prevent major failures. Any potential failure is identified very early and repaired before it can become a problem.

Training Sessions

Our support team is available to provide operational and maintenance training on Ametek HDR systems. We can do this on-site at your location as part of normal start-up assistance. We can also provide this training at your facility prior to the shipping and installation of the systems.

Installation and Start Up

While not required, we recommend that our field service technicians be on site to assist in all system start ups. This can include training, as mentioned above.

Our technicians will insure that all interconnects are performed correctly, troubleshoot any problems and familiarize operators with the features of the system.

Spare Parts

We stock all of the necessary spare parts for all HDR Power products. We can even install the spare parts for you. We also offer customized spare parts kits that can be designed for your equiptment and stocked on site.

Depot Repair

This can be done at the customer site as a part of start up assistance or at our facility prior to the system shipment.

Emergency Onsite Service

We can respond quickly to restore your power. A technician can be on site within 36 Hrs. Parts on site within 48 hrs of request.
